Blender Banana Oat Muffins

Ingredients
2.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)8.0 oz Fage 0% Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.5 tsp Baking Soda1.5 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground8.0 tbsp *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips3.0 tbsp Honey1.0 dash Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Put all but mini chips in blender and blend. Tamp down as needed. Stir chips in by hand. Line muffin tray with liners and spray with non-stick spray. Fill 2/3 full. Cook 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins.
