Red Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
6 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh 1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 0.4 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1.5 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp Sugar 4 tbsp Sunflower or canola oil chopped cilantro or parsley, for garnish
Directions
Toss all the fresh vegetables except cilantro in a bowl.
Mix the remaining ingredients (except cilantro, in a jar and shake to combine.
Just before serving, dress the slaw (you don't have to use all the dressing). Garnish with cilantro and serve.
