Ingredients
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 1 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple 10 grape Grapes 10 almond Almonds 0.25 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Nonfat
Directions
Just chop coarsely and mix, shortly before serving otherwise the apple goes brown. I use seedless grapes, and I love the tangy taste of granny smiths, but feel free to substitute to taste. Season to taste. A warning: the salad is huge for the calorie count, so you may want to halve it.
