K Peanut Butter Mug Cake

Ingredients
0.5 tsp Pyure Organic Stevia all-purpose sweetener 2 tsp Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour1 tbsp Water1 tsp Butter
Directions
1. Add all ingredients into a small bowl and Mix with a whisk until batter is completely smooth and egg is fully incorporated with no egg streaks remaining. Your batter should look like melted peanut butter. Pour into a microwave-safe mug that can hold at least 12 oz

2. Cook in the microwave at full power for about 1 minute. Cake is best enjoyed warm
