Keto Apple Walnut cake

Ingredients
3/4 cup Sucralose (like Splenda) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil (or avocado oil)1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Carbquik flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground 2 Granny smith apples, cored, peeled & grated1/2 cup, chopped Walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven 325 degrees. Spray 8" x 8" pan with Pam.
Mix wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients. Mix until Carbquik is incorporated, but do not overmix.
Pour into pan & bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
