1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 2 large Egg white, fresh .5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 0.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh .25 cup Olive Oil
slice cabbage, steam for 10 minutes in boiling water, use scissors to cut into smaller pieces - drain well - saute vegetables, add to cabbage, add egg/salt/pepper/ flour - heat olive oil to hot, form balls or fritters drop in oil, turn when crispy - use plain yogurt and dill for dipping
