Slow Cooker Sausage and Peppers

Ingredients
2 large Bell Peppers - cut to ~ 1 inch pieces 1 large Onion, chopped (large pieces) 1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce 16 oz Italian Sausage, Bulk
Directions
Brown sausage, drain
Put onions and peppers in slow cooker. Top with sausage. Pour soy over top. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve over rice or with bread and butter.
