Scrambled eggs with sautéed onions red peppers and grated cheese

Ingredients
0.4 cup, sliced Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 4 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 serving Egg white, large 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Sauté red pepper slices and onion with 1 tablespoon of olive oil Until transparent and browned. Whisk together the three eggs and slowly add to the pan. Cook the eggs in medium heat and flip can you cook the other side. Add Parmesan cheese and fold into an omelette. Enjoy
