Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients
1 Chicken Brest skin and bone removed1 Tbsp bread crumbs garlic and herb1 clove garlic chopped1 tbsp tomato pesto1 tbsp mozzarella cheese part skim1/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed, drained
Directions
Butterfly checken breast.

Mix bread crumbs, garlic, pesto, cheese, and spinach. Place in center of chicken breast and spred to outer edges.

Fold the chicken over stuffing and close with toothpick.

Put a small amount of bread crumbs on top of chicken.

Cook at 400 until done.
