Garlic Mashed Potato

Ingredients
1 russet potato 2 to 3 in dia about 5 in long2 garlic blubs3 tbsp non fat milk3 dashes of salt1 tbsp Promise activ take control butter
Directions
Remove the skin if you desire from the potato cut into cubes, boil until tender.
Chop garlic and put into smal pan with the olive oil. Cook on low heat about 1 minute, just until tinder.
Mash potatoes add butter garlic milk and salt.
