Veggie soup with beef broth

Ingredients
1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw200.0 grams Red Potato2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average1.5 cup Peas, frozen1.0 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)4.0 serving Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup
Directions
Cook potatoes, carrots and onions until softened with olive oil. Add remaining veggies and stir, soften for another 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and any other preferred spices, stir. Then add broth. Bring to boil and allow to simmer for 30 to 60 minutes. Enjoy.
