Daikon Slaw

2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 2 cup Daikon Radish, fresh (by THINCEIL) 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .5 cup Parsley 1 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 12 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black 1.5 fl oz Lemon Juice
Use food processor to shred daikon, carrot and cabbage. Also use it to chop fresh parsley. Combine all in one bowl and mix well.
In a separate bowl combine 1 cup mayo, 4 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. black pepper and 1 tsp. of sea salt. Stir to mix well until creamy. Add to shredded vegetables and mix well.
Serving Size: Makes 8 - 1 cup servings
