1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .82 serving Protein Powder (Syntha 6, Vanilla Ice Cream) 1 Srv=1Rounded Scoop(44g) (by MILA120) .5 cup Planet oat oat milk - vanilla no sugar added 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 80 gram(s) Oatmeal, uncooked, Quaker Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, .5 cup dry 4 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) .25 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Cinammon, ground (by FANTASM01) .125 tsp Salt .33 cup Friendly Farms Greek Nonfat Yogurt PLAIN (Aldi) (by DEX82DAX)
Mix or blend first: banana, 1/2 cup of oat milk, vanilla extract, 2 eggs, yogurt, and protein powder. Ground the cup of oats in a coffee grinder or blender until it becomes a coarse flour texture. Then, on a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: home grinned oat flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and flax seed meal; mix well, and blend into the wet ingredients by hand, a couple of spoonfuls at a time. Do not over mix. It can store in the fridge for about 2-3 days.
