Imperial Cake JD

Ingredients
.75 cup Margarine, soft (room temperature).25 cup Butter, unsalted (room temperature)4 cup, sifted Powdered Sugar 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw (room temperature)3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp almond extract (or vanilla)
Directions
- Beat margarine until light yellow.

- Slowly beat in powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

- Slowly beat in eggs one at a time.

- Carefully fold in flour by hand.

- Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan.

- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Serving Size: 16 slices from 10 inch bundt pan.
