Salmon Curry

Ingredients
3 oz Pink Salmon (fish) 1 tbsp Curry powder 1 serving 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder (by ANEWAY) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 cloves Garlic 1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 3 tbsp Mustard Oil (by PEEKPOKE) 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp dry mustard powder (by ANDY99) 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Feel Good Organics Turmeric Powder (by VENOMDESIGN) 2 grams Cilantro, raw
Directions
First i put oil on my heated pan. After one minute later I added garlic. once the garlic i brown i added onions and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until the onions browns. I added salt and curry powder, cumin, mustard turmeric and chili powder. After one minute later i added tomatoes and and bayleaf and let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Then i added salmon fish and give it a nice stir and closed the lid and let it cook for 20 minutes. Lastly, i added cilantro and let it cook for another minute and the curry is done
