Quinoa w/ chicken and veggies

Ingredients
*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 1 cup *Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 2 cup Spinach, fresh, 2 cup *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp *Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, 1 oz *Tyson Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, 16 oz Tomato, diced
Directions
cook quinoa in 2 cups chicken broth per instructions on box. Meanwhile saute chicken, when browned on outside and almost cook through, add veggies saute until tender. When quinoa is cooked, add to chicken and veggies.
