1 cup all-purpose flour3 tsp sugar2 tbsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 cup Milk, canned, evaporated 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 egg2 large Onions, raw
Slice onions. Combine remaining ingredients. (Add extra flour if batter not thick enough). Dip onion into batter. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Season with seasoning salt.
