Mango Sorbet

Ingredients
3 large Mangos 5.25 cups, diced (866.25g) 2 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1/2 Cup Warm Water
Directions
Instructions:
1. Dice mangos, place on rimmed baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
2. Freeze mangos 3-4 hours or until completely solid.
3. Blend frozen mango pieces with lime juice.
4. Add warm water until mixture is smooth.
5. Eat immediately.
