5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 1 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 0.50 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 cup Spinach, fresh 3 medium Mushrooms, fresh 6 jumbo Black Olives 1 serving Signature Sweets-mini peppers (3) 1 tsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 8 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained
Bake at 375 for 50 minutes. Brown sausage if using sausage (I sometimes use chopped ham or cooked bacon) and combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour in deep dish pie plate with non stick spray and bake for approx. 50 minutes. Can use 2 cups of egg substitute or 10 (2 cups) eggs.
