2 cup *lentils, great value dried 1 cup Wild rice, Lundberg Organic - uncooked (by WIKKYG) 1 cup slices Carrots, cooked 1 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 cup Spinach, cooked 2 cup Green Giant Spring Mix Salad 340 grams Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, soft
Directions
Cook everything in crock pot except tofu and mixed greens. Top finished mix with greens and tofu "yogurt"
