Ingredients
8.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 1tsp Olive Oil4.0 cup Spinach, fresh6.0 cup, cubes Sweet potato1.0 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend8.0 link ALDI Chicken Breakfast Sausage
Directions
Peel and cube sweet potatoes. Toss with oil and seasoning. Spread out in an even layer on cooking sheet. Roast in oven at 350 until browned and tender. Split between 8 bowls. Add spinach and sausage to each bowl. When ready to eat add one egg and microwave for 1.5 minutes. Serving Size: 8
