0.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked1.0 cup, diced Celery, cooked1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup slices Radishes1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini1.0 squash (4 inch dia) Squash, winter, acorn, raw1.0 cup Tomato Sauce1.0 cup Bush's, Black Beans8.0 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin1.0 cup cabbage raw8.0 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock1.0 cup Spinach, fresh
Directions
Saute all veggies, brown ground beef, add in chicken stock, tomatoes sauce and spices, simmer til all veggies are cooked thru, and tastes have blended well. Serving Size: Makes about 6 bowls of chili
