2 Cucumbers (with peel), diced1 Onion, diced2 Tomatoes, Roma, seeded and diced4 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar salt and pepper to taste

combine all chopped ingredients, toss in vinegar. add salt and pepper to taste.
