Shrimp and sausage gumbo

Ingredients
4.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted1.0 dash Pepper, black4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon2.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw16.0 oz Shrimp, cooked1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw12.0 oz Johnsonville Polish Kielbasa0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.4 gram bay leaf0.25 tsp Cajun seasoning
Directions
1. In large skillet Brown sliced kielbasa. 2. Add diced onions and peppers. 3. Meanwhile in a thick bottom stock pot, melt butter and add flour. Stir constantly x10 minutes until dark caramel colored. 4. Add kielbasa onion and pepper with drippings to the flour. Stir to coat. 5. Add remaining ingredients minus shrimp. Allow to come to boil. 6. Reduce heat to simmer x45 minutes. Stir occasionally. 7. Add cleaned and de-tailed shrimp x10 min or until shrimp is cooked and pink in color. Serving Size: Makes 4 2-cup servings
