Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted197.0 Grams Chorizo, pork and beef90.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw97.0 Grams Onions, raw97.0 gram(s) Cheddar Cheese, Old - Kraft Cracker Barrel326.0 Grams Cabbage, fresh0.5 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes30.0 Grams Spinach, fresh1.0 tsp Garlic
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. In cast iron skillet, melt butter. Once hot, Fry sausage for 2-3 minutes. Add vegetables, except tomatoes. Cook until soft, about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and top with cheese. Transfer to oven and bake for 10 minutes. Serve atop cauliflower rice or keto friendly noodles
