1.0 serving Egg white, large1.0 tsp Pyure Organic Stevia all-purpose sweetener0.125 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk9.0 tsp Pure Tapioca Flour
Add egg white. Sweetener and dash of almond extract or citrus extract to bowl and whip until the mixture triples in volume. Quickly whip in your yogurt or dairy free milk careful to not deflate the mixture. SIFT in the flour, then fold it into ypur mixture. Don't overcook the pancakes!
