Squash Salsa Salad

Ingredients
1 medium diced (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, (red) 2 Jalapeno Peppers minced without seeds.1 small Onions, raw, minced 1.5 cup chopped Summer squash, small1.5 cup, chopped Zucchini, small3 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
Directions
Wash & chop vegetables.
Dump into serving bowl.
Splash with lime juice.
Season to taste.
Toss to mix ingredients.
Allow to marinate for an hour.

Optional: cook until tender.

Serving Size: 8 1/2-cup servings.

    Surprise. Calories are for the full recipe. There are supposed to be 8 servings. Use .13 of a serving when you enter in your log.
