1 serving Tortilla, PC Blue Menu 100% whole grain whole wheat, 1 tortilla (65 g) 2 tbsp Cream Cheese 1 cup Earthbound Farm - Mixed Baby Greens 0.25 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 0.25 cup cucumbers, with peel, raw .5 medium Carrots, raw .50 serving Avocado (Whole)
Spread the cream cheese evenly over the tortilla to the edges. Add greens. Cut carrot, cucumber, and bell pepper into thin slices, and arranges over top of greens. Slice avocado over top. Roll firmly and tuck in sides - cream cheese will hold the wrap together nicely.
