Ingredients
4.0 serving Johnsonville sweet Italian sausage1.0 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper4.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Butterfly sausage done the length. Saute till cooked. Saute veggies til cooked to you liking. Top each sausage with veggies and mozz cheese til cheese is melted.
