Chicken chorizo black bean soup

Ingredients
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 0.25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 oz Chicken, rotisserie cooked, breast meat, no skin 1 serving Logans Sausage Chorizo (1 link) 0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 cup Rotel Diced tomatoes & green chilis Mild (by TIGGERRULES40) 2 tsp Chicken bouillion-Knorr (1tsp/4g) (by ANNIMAR) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Black beans, canned, drained and rinsed (by RUMBAMEL) 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 0.25 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt
Directions
In large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add diced carrot, celery, and onions. Add chorizo and stir until sausage is cooked. Add everything else to the pot, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cover. Let simmer for an hour. Best if let to cool and then reheated, the flavours really blend
