BroccoPepperoni Pizza

Ingredients
1 tsp Oregano, ground 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen 2 serving Hormel Pepperoni (15 Pepperoni) 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment. Cook and drain broccoli until soft. Blend in food processor until finely chopped. Add oregano, eggs, and parmesan cheese until well-blended. Press together the crust on baking sheet and back until crust is golden (15-20 minutes).

Once out of the oven, top the crust with mozzarella, cheddar, and pepperoni. Bake until the pepperoni is browned (about 10-15 minutes).

Cut into two large pieces. Store any uneaten slices in a plastic bag. Can be reheated in microwave.
