Rice pudding, high protein

Ingredients
!/4 cup of brown basmati rice (pre-cooked and chilled)!/2 cup of yogurt, vanilla flavoured1 tbsp. of raisins3 tbsp. of whey and egg protein(vanilla flavoured adds sweetness)nutmeg & cinnamon to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and stir. Refridgerate overnight for flavours to absorb into rice. Keeps up to a week in fridge, so go ahead and mix up the weeks worth of handy balanced high protein snacks.
