Crockpot Beef with Mushrooms and Broccoli

2 lb Beef - Top Round 1 cup Kitchen Basics Beef Stock .5 cup Soy Sauce .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 3 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 3 clove Garlic 16 oz Shitake Mushrooms2 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch 6 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 3 Green Onion
Slice steak thin, discarding fat or gristle. Add to slow cooker.
Add all other ingredients except for the corn starch, broccoli, and green onion. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Mix cornstarch and water or stock to make a smooth paste. Add to slow cooker and stir. Add broccoli and cook for another 20 minutes or until broccoli is the desired doneness. Garnish with sliced green onions
