Ingredients
1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breast1 large potato, sliced1/2 cup onion, sliced10-15 baby carrots2 tbsp olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
place all ingredients on tin foil. Fold to make pouch. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
