2.87 cup hunts thick and rich four cheese sauce 2.28 cup Aylmer Accents no salt added Italian stewed tomatoes 235 grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 50 grams Onions, raw 130 grams Celery, raw 234 grams lean ground beef Walmart brand 330 grams great value cheddar cheese marble light 146 grams no name lasagna noodles (Superstore) 475 grams Tre Stelle ricotta extra smooth 400 grams Zucchini
cook ground beef. Using mandolin, slice zucchini the long way. put on parchment and bake 12-15 minutes in oven to dry it out. Saute other veggies. Mix in sauce and meat. Layer lasagna like normal but also add in strips of zucchini to fill in gaps. I only had 2 lasagna noodles per layer in a 9x13 pan. finish with sauce then add ricotta to the top and top with cheese. Bake 45 minutes
