1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 0.5 cup Flour, white 1 tbsp Corn Starch 1 tsp Baking Soda0.5 cup Stevia 2 cup sliced Mangoes 2 tbsp Canola Oil 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend the wet ingredients until smooth, add to the bowl and mix well. Divide batter into 12 cupcake or mini muffin cups, bake 20 - 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
