Air Fryer- Ham, cheese, tomato & egg muffins

Ingredients
5.0 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh1.0 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat)1.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average0.33 cup Sour Cream1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Paprika1.0 dash Salt0.5 cup Cheese, sharp cheddar, grated
Directions
Beat eggs, sour cream salt, garlic & paprika. Layer ham, cheese & tomato in muffin pan, reserving some cheese for the top. Divide egg mixture evenly in muffin holes. Sprinkle remaining cheese and a pinch of salt on top. Bake in Air Fryer @ 160°C for 20 mins.
