Dill Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients
1/2 cup white flour3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 cup half and half1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 1/2 tsp sugar3/4 tsp salt1/3 cup 2% cheddar cheese, shreaded1/2 tsp dill weed
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all dry ingredients together, except dill weed. Then stir in half and half. Once the dough forms, it will be sticky. Mix in cheese and dill weed.

Drop 1/4 cup size dough clumps onto baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes until bottoms are golden brown. Makes 8 or 9 biscuits.
