1.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh1.0 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw1.0 tbsp Peanut Oil0.2 serving Pasta - Barilla Plus Multigrain Pasta
Directions
Beat the eggs. Cook pasta. Mix all the ingredients and cook in a pan at low heat for 30 mins untill base forms a crust. Best for breakfast.
