Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
1lb. of lean ground beef1 bag of reduced fat shredded mexican blend shredded cheeselow fat sour cream (whole small container)2 bags of taco seasoningsalsa
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350
Cook ground beef in a skillet, drain and then add water and taco seasoning (follow directions on bag)
In a separate bowl mix all of the sour cream, 1 bag of taco seasoning and 1c of shredded cheese, then add hamburger and mix together.
Take pizza cutter and cut whole wheat tortillas into small triangle pieces (about 4 to a shell)
Use an 8x10 glass pan. Spoon on a little salsa to the bottom of pan then layer with tortilla triangles.
Add a layer of meat mixture and sprinkle some cheese and salsa on top of the mixture.
Repeat layering with tortilla, mixture, cheese and salsa (about 3-4 layers)
On last layer of tortillas on top add some more salsa and shredded cheese to brown in oven.
Place pan in oven for 45-60 min or until brown. If you feel that the sides are getting done and the middle is still taking a while take a piece of aluminum foil and put it on the dish. Take out and enjoy!
