16 oz Beef, Ground, 80/20 (3-oz Cooked PATTY) [hamburger, ground chuck] ggg 3 serving Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.35 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.15 tsp Celery seed 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Garlic powder 0.5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 4 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
Mix all ingredients but ketchup. Form into loaf in pan that is bigger than loaf. This way you can remove drippings from the loaf easier. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove and top with with ketchup and remove drippings. Put back in oven for 16 more minutes. When you are done I remove from this pan and put on serving fish to to keep from reabsorbing the fat that has drained out while cooking.
