If you exchange the sugar for splenda, the cream cheese for tofu and the vanilla wafers for 18 graham crackers you end up with an Under 100 Calorie Cheese cake.....Add a couple tablespoons of coco powder and you get a chocolate cheesecake. - 1/26/10

This is great! I LOVE cheesecake, and this way it is portion controlled and I don't cheat while slicing! I add lots of sliced strawberries on top to get that fruit in. - 8/7/08

By using a package of neufachetal cheese, you will save 19 calories and 2.5 g fat per serving while adding more protein and carbs!! - 8/21/08

I used splenda as well, added lemon juice to half and chocolate power to the other half. Both were outstandingThis is a great recipe and the cupcake satifies my taste buds for a sweet treat. Thanks for sharing. - 6/21/13

This little mouthful is perfect! I always find a whole slice to be too much anyway, but this mini is perfect for a bite after dinner. - 5/27/13

I followed the recipe exactly. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but the vanilla wafers floated to the top while baking. When I took them out of the oven, they looked like poached eggs! In future, I will cut the sugar by a third or half and try graham crackers as others suggested instead of wafers. - 3/30/13

I just had to try these... and boy are they yummy! I used neufachetal cheese, but other than that followed the recipe. Very easy & quick. My husband was very happy that we finally had dessert in the house again! - 4/4/11

Delicious! I omitted the 1/2c sugar and used mixed berry whipped cream cheese. My son liked them and had no idea he was eating healthy. - 1/15/09
