Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1 small banana (about 1/2 cup mashed)1 cup non fat milk1 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup1 tbsp peanut butter
Directions
I slice & freeze the banana the night before, then blend everything together with a hand blender.
