Ingredients
1 cup uncooked orzo pasta1 chicken breast, diced and cooked1 T olive oilJuice of one lemonsaltpepper1 cup cherry tomatoes, halvedReduced fat feta cheese
Directions
Cooke orzo according to package directions (in boiling water about 7 minutes) and drain. Toss with all remaining ingredients and top with feta cheese.
