Ingredients
toast one side of the tortilla under the broiler or in the toaster oven. Flip the tortilla over to the non-toasted side. Spread the beans on the tortilla. Spread the salsa on the beans. Sprinkle with the cheese. Top with green peppers and onions. Broil again until the cheese is melted (about 5 minutes or 10 in toaster oven). Top cooked "pizza" with shredded lettuce and chopped avocado.
Directions
Makes one pizza.

    I think I will try this but use corn tortillas so that my kids can have theri own pizza...wish I had all th eing. tonight, I would make it. - 9/13/08

    I call it a toastada but it was awsome.I used refried BLACK beans added avacado to them.Shredded cilantro and chopped roma tomato and cheese for toppings.Fresh salsa added a kick of flavor. - 8/26/08
