boneless, skinless chix breast, 1 green pepper chopped, 1 med onion chopped, fresh mushrooms or canned, 1 can diced tomatoes, 3 tbsp tomato paste, 1/4 c zesty italian dressing, salt & pepper, italian seasonings
saute onion, peppers and mushrooms till soft, add tomatoes, tomato paste, italian dressing and then add chicken and spices - cover and simmer til chicken is cooked. Serve over rice or noodles.
