Directions
Blend smooth all ingredients. Use Pure cooking spray occasionally. Pour into a preheated waffle iron. Bake 15-20 minutes. Makes three medium waffles - varies depending on iron size. Variation: Substitue 1/2 cup of the oats for another rolled cereal or corn meal.
