Ingredients
1 can La Choy Chop Suey vegetables1 can 99% fat-free chicken broth1 1-2 Cups Dole shredded cabbageOptional: Tofu shirataki noodles1 can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
Directions
Saute cabbage in a skillet with a little water. In a saucepan add the broth, vegetables, and washed noodles. Add cooked cabbage & then turn on simmer until it reaches your desired heat. Then eat!! :-) Add lots of spices to kick it up a notch, or some hot sauce for a zesty flair, or if you like it sweet add some splenda.
