tin foil chicken dinner

Ingredients
1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breast1 large potato1/2 cup sliced carrots1 medium onion slice1 tbsp Shedd's Spread lightseason to taste
Directions
slice carrots and potatoes and layer on large piece of tin foil. Add chicken breast, margarine and seasoning. Fold foil to make a packet. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
