Smooth Grape-Nuts Fruit Bowl

Ingredients
1/2 cup Grape-Nuts or any other crunchy high-fiber, low- sugar cereal1 tablespoon of raisins1 tablespoon of strawberries1/2 cup low fat milk or fat-free vanilla soy milk1 or 2 packets of sugar substitute ( such as Sweet n Low)
Directions
In a microwaveable cereal bowl, combine the cereal, low fat or soy milk, raisins and strawberries. Microwave on high power for 2 or 3 minutes, or until the cereal has absorbed the milk. Stir in 1 or 2 packets sugar substitute to taste. Serve immediately. Enjoy! :o)
